1.Share incoming phone call

2.System file maintenance (own files )

3.Creating billing or invoice

4.Track shipment arrival

5.Sent out documents to importer or customers

6.Update cargo status to customer n coordinate it

7.Filing own files away

【岗位要求】

1.英文流利，沟通能力强

2.可以按公司要求按时完成工作

3.会使用电脑和MS Office办公软件

4.Covid 19期间可以接受在office办公，公司确保办公场所安全

5.入门级岗位，雇主提供相关培训，并配合毕业生移民

工作地点：Scarborough
薪资范围：实习期间 CAD15/h，转正后 CAD16/h
上班时间：8.30 am -5.30 pm ( Monday - Friday )
