求助，想withdraw纸质PNP，按照移民局的要求签了个withdraw 信并附上收据webform上传，结果给我回复：

If you wish to withdraw your application, we invite you to send us a signed written request before a final decision is reached in your file, as follows:
Submit an IRCC Webform (please attach the signed letter), or
Send it by mail to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia (write Withdrawal of application on the envelope).

我已经上传了signed withdrawal letter 并且附上了收据和邮寄单号 ，为什么还是这么回复，发了三遍都是一模一样的回复
现在还没有AOR,想赶紧withdraw把钱要回来

我昨天发了一份 纸质申请的取消信， 今天就收到移民局的结果了。

是不是只能上传一个文件，我上传了两个是不是系统有bug他们没收到？

我们一般是 webform  和 Email， 同时发出的。 估计移民官， 马上收到了。

Webform 仍然要等 agent 转发给 移民官。

移民局的email是什么？我没有看到这个选项，我就是纳闷为什么我明明上传了他看不见

不同的office， 有不同的 email address。
