that's what i do. interest on my line of credit is prime + 1, and visa is 4.75% it makes sense to transfer the debit balance.

balance transfer是不能赚积分的，别想拉阿，it is not taiwan，以卡养卡还能赚钱在这里是不可能的..........................

use paypal to pay yourself.. but u lose 2% . lol

无论是用卡转卡，或者ebay，paypal买卖东西，都不能涨积分的。
要在有注册税号的商家那里消费才能赚积分。
