My job agent sends me a job, Financial Analyst, and it's a 9 months contract job.
Good Afternoon~
A leading Canadian employer is seeking a Financial analyst to join their team asap on a contract basis to assist them in some project work.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, this is an intensive role whereby the candidate will be working between the accounting and marketing department to perform the following tasks
Responsibilities:
- Develop MS Access database to create payment calculation and reporting routines
- Develop and maintain reference tables
- Ability to design financial models by channel
- Work with internal partners to ensure information is accurate and delivered in a timely fashion
- Work with marketing and Account Manager to manage compensation plan and incentives
- Manage compensation change
- Assist with the ongoing development of compensation direction and strategy
Salary will be based on candidate experience (figure $25-40hr though flexible on the higher end for fully designated and strong Financial
analysts)
Candidates are required to have,
-Accounting designation or in the process of gaining one
-3-5 years experience as a financial analyst in large corporate environment -Advanced financial management and modeling skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL
- Use of MS Access
- Strong organizational, analytical, financial and problem solving skills
