Location: YYZ Toronto Pearson International Airport, located at one of the best airports in North America, discover luxurious comfort, excellent service and sumptuous food as part of our Toronto Team. * Application by email: [email protected] * Daily Responsibility of Lounge Assistant 1. To take up the buffet counter in the morning and maintain cleanliness 2. To take care of all the food in the buffet counter a. Refill food, drinks, condiments etc b. Reheat food c. Make sure it is clean, tidy and Presentable d. Replenish food and beverage e. Dry edges of soup and dry foods, change the bowls, replace etc f. Wrap foods if there are no guests to prevent food from drying 3. To serve and/or handle all kind of alcohol, Meat, nuts, etc 4. To help out in cooking, such as breakfast, muffins, cookies, prepare veggie platter, salad bowls, and make sandwiches. 5. To display the cleanliness of all areas including kitchen, storeroom Washings and shower rooms 7. To clean up kitchen equipment; such as combi-oven, microwave, induction range; fridge, dishwasher; etc. 8. To collect dirties from customers 9. To wash dishes 10. To count beer bottles and record : 100 beers filled in a bag and to be delivered back to the Beer Store by Genco 11. To return liquor bottle in the box to be delivered back to the liquor supplier by Genco 12. To process dirty linens: A Placed in The Canadian Linen Bags. B the When Full;. .
