Qualification:

Diploma/Degree of College or University




  • *Must be fluent in English and in writing.
  • *Must have own vehicle.

  • *Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese is a bonus.

  • *Need to have basic Accounting skill or related working experience.
  • *Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.

  • *Must be proficient in office related software and equipment. (Word, Excel, Office Outlook, Scanners, photocopiers, Fax Machines etc...
  • *Must have legal status in Canada.


Job Duties are:

-Need to draft various property related documents such as lease agreement, lease extension, assignment of lease, etc.

-Answer telephone and take messages, distribute incoming mail; operate scanners, facsimile machines and photocopiers, create documents and other commercial invoices.

-Need to provide clerical support to agents and brokers during the sales process.

-Be able to solve various administrative and property related issues.
