密市Mortgage公司招办公文员,需要中英文流利,有本地办公室工作经验背景更好。

Responsibilities:

- Respond to all client inquiries including email and phone calls
- Assist with Administrative functions like faxing, scanning of results to shipping receiving department
-Data entry and file organizing
- Answer team multi-switchboard line
- Greeting customers with proper manner
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

-Post-secondary education
-Office administrative experience is a strong asset
-Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
-Keen sense of organization, customer service, teamwork and interpersonal relations
-Customer Service experience with excellent communication skills.
-Good manner in customer service and phone call
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Ability to multi-task

Mon-Fri: 9:00 am-5:30 pm

location: Mississauga, Eglinton / Tomken

Salary: $14/hr ~$15/hr, depend by experience
