Job Description


As a Customer Service Representative, you will interface with James snow and U-Haul customers to identify what they are looking for so that you can recommend the best moving supplies or storage solutions for their moving needs. %80 of the job is office work and %20 is yard work(Cleaning, parking Trucks, and hooking trailers).


Primary responsibilities include:


Interact with our customers in a friendly, fast, courteous and efficient manner.
Should be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as connecting trailers.
Should be able to perform tasks under minimum supervision.
Renting Uhaul trucks, trailers and storage rooms.
Cleaning and upkeep of Uhaul trucks as trailers and storage rooms.
Attention to detail in order to promote positive customer interactions.
Hear and sense customer needs and keep your manager and fellow team members informed.
Complete training and maintain knowledge by participating in on-line and hands on training.
Be a strong team player, with a commitment to continuous learning who provides high quality service to our customers
Requirements:


Valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record to operate commercial motor vehicles
Ability to work with computers and use specialized rental software (Training will be provided)
Education/Training:


High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Hrs.: Our center operates 7 days a week from 8am to 6pm.
