We need someone tohelp us provide excellent client care and perform a variety of administrativetasks.


As a Senior Administratorfor our team, you will assist in daily office needs and managing our team’sgeneral administrative activities, providing administrative support to ourstaff and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly.

Your successwill expand our team’s market share – helping a lot of people manage their bigassets successfully– while simultaneously developing your personal brand as amanaging expert in our space.


Not everyonecan be a Senior Managing Administrator. To be seriously considered for thisrole, please have the following in regard to:

Experience: Atleast 2 years in real estate companies

Education: Bachelor’sdegree in English, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field, preferred

Skills: Youmust be an excellent writer.Be proficient with MLS webforms

Characteristics: Thisis an autonomous position, so you should be self-sufficient and self-motivated.It’s also a creative role, so you must be able to gracefully receive criticismand feedback about your work. You should have excellent organization skillsalong with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.


As a SeniorManaging Administrator in a productive realtor team, you’ll meet theinitiative’s strategic needs on your own, experimenting, learning, andadjusting as you go. Throughout your journey to grow our brand’s audience andreach, you’ll be responsible for:

Handleconfidential documents ensuring they remain secure

Be availableto team agents to assist with any problems/inquiries, etc.

Guide frontdesk with prioritizing, decisions

Attend toowners emails, calls and request

Liaise withstager/designer and crew’s schedule

Prioritizeand manage multiple projects/ tasks sometimes with limited guidance/instruction

Preparelisting agreements and related docs

Follow up forand document feedback

Createlistings packages (marketing plan, comparables, feature sheet and advertisingexamples

Appointmenttracking, follow upCopied in on all pages andleads – receive contact info of clients/potential clients for follow-up withappointments


Hourlypaid: $15-$25, full time, base salary+bonus
