Wyview Group is now hiring a Customer Care Coordinator.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

Office Management and Customer Care Office Administration General administrative duties: filing, excel database and administering. Coordination and scheduling between trades and home owners on-site, as well as creating relevant correspondences (i.e. Update notices, events etc.)

Preparation and Follow-up
Managing and sorting documents including and not limited to PDI reports, Trade Reports, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Mutual Release, Settlement Agreements; Tarion 30-Day, 1 Year End and 2 Year End Forms. Ensuring the documents have been signed by all parties, checking for proper signing and completion. Distribution and organization of all documents to all parties involved. Follow-up and efficiently provide resolution for all outstanding items and addressing concerns.

Auditing and file managements
Daily Report, Weekly Report, maintaining an up to date and accurate database.


File maintenance: keeping all suite files and Customer Care office operations in decent order (neat, complete and up to date), knowing where all files are located. Copy and scan documents for internal and external use.


Qualifications:


Have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related work experience.


•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, and Word only). Experience with mail merge an asset.
•Superior attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of accuracy and integrity on documents and reports.
•Demonstrated experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments with a positive attitude and high-volume traffic
•Experience working in the real estate development and/or customer service would be a clear asset.
•Professional English language proficiency; Cantonese and Mandarin language skills would be a clear asset.
•Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly, concisely, and confidently report to the developer, Customer Care team and upper management as needed.
